Suge Knight was in court today stemming from Drug And Battery charges after beating his girlfriend. According to TMZ.com, the prosecution originally intended to dismiss the charges due to lack of evidence with no witnesses. The judge advised that prosecution can take the trial to a grand jury with the lack of evidence, but they chose to dismiss the case. The judge advised that the prosecution can refile the case. Later on during the day the prosecution had a change of heart and now decided to take the case to a grand jury.
